By accessing “Automotive Invest” (“the Service”), you represent that you are an individual or entity aged 28 to 55, or a duly authorized representative thereof, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). The Service is operated under the jurisdiction of Indonesia and is designed for the purpose of analyzing automotive assets and fleet management strategies for investment purposes. You acknowledge that vehicles are financial assets subject to the volatility of the Indonesian automotive market and the specific depreciation curves defined by Indonesian tax and finance regulations. Access to the Service constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by the following provisions regarding your account, content, and data privacy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account profile. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or limit access to your account and the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these ToS or if we determine, in our sole investment-analytical judgment, that your account poses a risk to the integrity of our financial data or the user experience for other members. Termination includes the removal of all associated data and content from our servers; we are not liable for the loss of your investment data or historical records resulting from account suspension or termination due to policy violations.

Content posted on the Service, including articles, data tables, and user comments, is the intellectual property of Automotive Invest or its respective contributors. While we encourage the sharing of insights regarding vehicle depreciation and fleet asset performance, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block any content that we deem, in our absolute discretion, to be misleading, fraudulent, or detrimental to the financial reputation of the Service or its users. This includes the removal of content that fails to align with our focus on evidence-based automotive investment returns and accurate asset valuation.

Regarding data handling, Automotive Invest is committed to protecting the personal and financial information you provide. We collect data necessary for account management and service delivery, which may include IP addresses and device information. We will not sell your personal data to third parties, but we may share it with affiliates, partners, or service providers who assist in operating the Service, provided they agree to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact Us page as described in our privacy policy documentation.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Automotive Invest. We reserve the right to update these ToS periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue the use of the Service immediately. We shall not be liable for any claim arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, consistent with the financial and operational nature of the automotive investment industry in Indonesia.
